Reservoir. The St. Clair Coal Co. mined and abandoned this area during the first
half of the 1900s. The Blythe Water Authority acquired this area by tax claim sale in
the 1960s. The Burma Road crosses this area; making it prone to illegal dumping.
Much, if not all, the abandoned mine land features in this area can be eliminated as
part of the opportunity proposed by DiRenzo.
