February 12, 2007 - Below is a letter from the Blythe Water Authority dated
December 19, 2006 and addressed to local legislators. As far as we know, this
represents the first time Blythe has publicly commented on any aspect of our
proposal; since it was first presented in January of 2004. We welcome
additional feedback from Blythe officials, as well any residents or taxpayers.
